SPRING MANUFACTURING

SPRING LOAD CAPACITY TESTING

A critical aspect of spring manufacturing is the evaluation and confirmation of a spring's load-bearing ability post-production. At Nitin Industries, we assess this capability using a digital load testing machine, underscoring our commitment to delivering products of the highest quality that precisely meet our customers' specifications. This focus on quality ensures that each spring's load capacity is accurately measured at the specified length, thanks to our state-of-the-art digital load testing equipment, which guarantees error-free readings. Following the testing phase, we compile and furnish a Pre Dispatch Inspection Report (PDI Report) to our customers, detailing the tested parameters and affirming the spring's readiness and reliability for use.
SPRING GRINDING

Spring grinding is performed to create flat end surfaces, ensuring the springs fit precisely where they are intended. This flattening process, crucial for accurate positioning, is carried out on an automated machine for spring wires

2.0 mm to 8.5 mm
Our specialized grinding equipment features top and bottom grinding wheels, between which springs are crush-fed for uniform grinding. Additionally, manual grinding is employed for certain types of springs, taking into account factors such as the spring's design, quantity, and specific requirements.
STRESS RELIEF TREATMENT

The process of coiling springs introduces various stresses into the material, making the springs prone to deformation and fracture. To counteract this, it's essential to remove these undesirable stresses, thereby preserving the strength and integrity of the springs. The method of eliminating these stresses is known as stress relieving, which involves uniformly heating the springs to a specific temperature for a set duration. This procedure guarantees that the springs will achieve their maximum potential lifespan for the end user.
SPRING COATING

To enhance the durability of our springs and satisfy customer preferences for appearance, we apply various types of coatings that offer protection against corrosion. Our finishing processes include powder coating, electroplating (options like Zinc, Chromium, Tin), and phosphating, ensuring our springs not only last longer but also meet the aesthetic standards of our clients.
